Last updated: May 2010Departure from Beirut Int'l Airport at 14h30 on board Tunis Air, arrival Tunis at 16h00. Meet & assist. Transfer to Mechtel Hotel 4* or similar. Dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, city tour of Tunis. Visit of the National Museum of Bardo and other departments. Free time to discover the Medina of Tunis. Lunch will be served at Dar El Bey restaurant. After lunch continue to the northern suburbs of Tunis. Visit to the archeological site of Carthage and Sidi Bou Saiid village. Proceed to Kairouan. Dinner and overnight at Kasbah hotel 5*.
After breakfast, visit the Holy city (Great Mosque, Mausoleum of the barber) Aghlabids basins and the Medina. Lunch in Kairouan at Kasbah hotel, than continue to Tozeur. Dinner and overnight at Abou Nawas 4* or similar.
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time or optional tour to the Oasis and Chebika Tamerza mountains. After lunch city tour of Tozeur city, Dar Chraiet Museum and the zoo of the desert, than proceed to Douz, a short stop at Chott El Jerid. Arrival Douz, dinner and overnight at the Sun Palm hotel 4*or similar.
After breakfast, departure to Matmata visiting the cave houses. Lunch at Matmata hotel's restaurant. Proceed to Medenine, visit Ghorfas, continue to the island of Djerba through the Roman road. Dinner & overnight at 4*hotel.
After breakfast, tour of the Djerba's island. Departure to Gabes, stop at Spice Market. Lunch at hotel Les Oliviers Palace 5* at Sfax. Continue to Sousse, visit to El Jem. Overnight in Sousse at Abou Nawas hotel 4 * or similar.
After breakfast, proceed to Hammamet. City tour of Hammamet and Nabeul including lunch. Continue to Tunis, check in at Mechtel hotel 4* or similar. Dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, transfer to Tunis Airport for the flight back to Beirut at 08h30. Arrival to Beirut at 13h40.
